Speak at the FBISD Board Meeting

Austin Parkway Elementary is one of seven campuses being considered for closure. By speaking at the FBISD Board Meeting, parents and community members can make their voices heard and help protect APE’s future. If you plan to speak, follow the steps below so we can support you.

  1. Register with FBISD to Speak

To speak during the public session, you must sign up with the district using their official form. Complete the signup by emailing the form to AddressBOT@fortbendisd.com no later than 4:30 PM on the DAY of the board meeting.

2. Let the Save APE Committee Know You Signed Up

After you register with FBISD, please fill out our short form so our volunteer committee can follow up with coaching, talking points, and support.

3. Get Support Before You Speak

Our committee will reach out to help you prepare your message so our community is aligned and impactful.
